4. User Conduct

To maintain a focused and productive learning environment, all users must adhere to the following Code of Conduct within the student and tutor portals:

• Respect: Users must communicate professionally and respectfully. Harassment, bullying, or offensive language will result in immediate termination of access.
• Academic Integrity: Resources and portal access are for the registered learner only. Sharing login credentials with third parties is a breach of security and these terms.
• Live Session Etiquette: Learners should arrive on time for live sessions and minimise background distractions.
• Tutor Interaction: Communication with tutors should remain strictly academic and confined to the Platform's approved channels.
